Cool Off This Summer at Pergola

We’re about to embark on the last month of summer and one of our favorite Mediterranean spots in the city is turning up the volume just in time. Pergola, located in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, is offering customers a couple new incentives to get out of your air-conditioned apartment this August.

Head to their ‘Summer Sessions’ events every summer Friday and enjoy Petal Pops, an adult version of your favorite popsicles, made with Tito’s Vodka, elderflower liquor and lemonade laced with edible flowers, courtesy of FrutaPOP. You can also snag Wolffer Cider or Chandon Rosé, all at happy hour prices!

Plus, Pergola is now offering gourmet pre-made picnic baskets (perfect for a relaxing day in Central Park), which can be purchased online! There are three delicious options to choose from, all of which come in adorable burlap bags or crates, along with a handwritten note inside. The first option is The Picnic Treat ($40), which contains Wolffer Estate No. 139 Dry White Cider, Mini Baguette and Pergola homemade chips in a burlap bag. The second is The Garden Crate ($65), which include Wolffer Estate No. 139 Dry White Cider, gourmet sandwich, Pergola homemade chips, fresh red cherries and a small seasonal floral bunch. Last but not least is The Luxe Crate ($100), which comes with Wolffer Estate No. 139 Dry White Cider, gourmet sandwich, Pergola homemade chocolate chip cookies, quinoa kale salad mason jar, and a seasonal floral arrangement. Boys, if you want to impress your lady this is the way to do it!

So stop lounging inside and get out in the last days of the summer heat! There’s plenty of fun ways to cool off.
