Detoxifying Smoothie to Keep You Hydrated and Healthy

The company shares with us their amazing recipe for a Detox Mango Blackberry Smoothie, which uses Grace’s 100% Pure and Natural Coconut Water. The two-layer smoothie packs a punch with tons of fiber, antioxidants and immune boosting nutrients. Additionally, the Grace Coconut Water incorporated in the smoothie contains 500mg of potassium, as well as five essential electrolytes that are key players in keeping you hydrated, even on the hottest days. The water is also fat, gluten, cholesterol, and sugar free, making for one healthy drink. Try out the recipe below!

Detox Mango Blackberry Smoothie

2 tablespoons silken tofu
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup spinach or kale
1/2 banana
1 cup La Fe Mango Pulp
1 cup Grace Coconut Water

First combine frozen blackberries, 1 tablespoon tofu, chia seeds and spinach in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into glass. Rinse out blender then add in remaining tablespoon of tofu, mango pulp, coconut water and banana. Blend until smooth and pour on top of the blackberry smoothie. This will give you a beautiful layered smoothie. Add a few blackberries on top for decoration and enjoy. For extra sweetness, you can add the other half of the banana and more La Fe Mango Pulp.
