Domaine Paul Mas Wines for the Season

Jean-Claude Mas is a fantastic winemaker producing consumer friendly but exquisite wines. Straight from the Languedoc region in France, he makes a Crémant that will knock your socks off, along with some other stunning wines.

The Côté Mas Crémant de Limoux Rosé Brut NV St. Hilaire is a bright and pretty sparkling wine. It contains aromas of rose petal, strawberry and raspberry with a balanced mouthfeel and nice acidity. Jean-Claude came to NYC to dine with some wine lovers at Claudette NYC. This fun, very French restaurant has a private room with walls full of pink flamingos!

Alongside some bubbly was another favorite collection called The Arrogant Frog, a fun and playful wine loving French frog that does many activities. Soon every bottle will have a bracelet of this frog around the neck so you too can carry a piece of Paul Mas wines with you everywhere you go… or drink!

What’s great about Jean-Claude and his wines is that he cares about the customer and will not only make his wines with his own winemaking style, but he always keeps the consumer in mind when creating, producing wines with a different range of styles for every wine loving personality to enjoy.

Claudette has a wonderful selection of food to pair with wines like these, and with these bubbles Fried Oysters and Beef Skewers were the perfect pairings. With the Arrogant Frog Chardonnay some Pesto on Puff Pastry and Rataouille Skewers were a prime choice, and with the Arrogant Frog Cabernet Sauvignon, they all were winning pairings!

Be sure to check out these wines for the holidays because the Côté Mas Crémant de Limoux Rosé makes a great gift, and the Arrogant Frog collection is perfect to sip all Fall and Winter long!
