Peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, Kim and Kanye…some pairings are just meant to be. And although we usually pair our alcohol with some sort of sustenance, clothing works just fine, too, because let’s face it, if you’re going to drink, you better look good. Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Whiskey partnered with luxury shirt brand Thomas Pink to present three ‘perfect pairings’ of their Unnecessarily Well Made brands. The duos pair together a unique Thomas Pink shirt with a specific Glenmorangie expression, each representing a different personality.
Over the weekend, the collaborators hosted a party at Thomas Pink’s flagship location, where guests sipped on the whiskey, enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and shopped the store. In attendance were Glenmorangie brand ambassador David Blackmore and Michael Williams of A Continuous Lean. On display were the three ‘perfect pairings,’ which included The Classic Gentleman, The Discerning Adventurer and The Ultimate Perfectionist.
The Classic Gentleman paired Glenmorangie Original with Thomas Pink’s Classic White Shirt, while The Discerning Adventurer paired together the Lasanta Sherry Cask Finish, a 12 year old Single Malt, along with Thomas Pink’s Bengal Stripe Shirt Collection. Lastly, The Ultimate Perfectionist paired together Glenmorangie Signet with Thomas Pink’s Imperial Collection. So whether you are seeking the perfect duo for the sophisticated, classic man, a refined, confident gentleman, or an ambitious fellow, the new partnership has its bases covered. Want to purchase one of these perfect pairs? You can do so here until the end of April.
But that’s not all. Adding to the excitement, Glenmorangie is giving one lucky winner and a guest the opportunity to win a trip for a custom Thomas Pink and Glenmorangie experience. The winner will enjoy personalized shopping at the Thomas Pink flagship store in London and then fly to Scotland to visit the Glenmorangie Distillery.
