From flocking tourists to theater lovers, Times Square draws even the jaded New Yorker to pass through. Restaurants throughout the area offer various cuisines, but none has been as renowned as Sardi’s Restaurant. For over 90 years, Sardi’s has attracted Broadway elite that have become immortalized through the countless caricatures hanging across their walls.

Actors and actresses are not the only individuals that grace the walls of this establishment, but also those who have helped the Broadway community immensely. One of the recent inductees that are hanging with the likes of Fred Astaire, Bradley Cooper and Lucille Ball are Bonnie Comley and Stewart F. Lane. These Tony Award-winning producers have some of Broadway’s biggest hits under their belt, including A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and War Horse.

The Actor’s Fund unveiled the latest couple’s caricature, which is a rarity because most of the portraits are of individuals. Not only has this duo produced popular shows, but they have created the online streaming of theatrical performances through BroadwayHD.

With the belief and hope of sharing the vision and extending the reach of Broadway, Comley and Lane have widened the Broadway fan base and allow current fans to enjoy shows of the past. Subscribers can enjoy over 120 productions that give people prime seating right in their living room. Some of the recent additions to their roster include Gypsy with Bette Midler and Hamlet with Kevin Kline.

Whether people are home, have down time at school or are just bored at work (don’t blame us!), they can logon to BroadwayHD to get their fix for The Great White Way. Offering different membership levels, the service is available on Apple TV and Google Chromecast and offers exclusive behind the scenes and educational content for users.

Twisted Talk: Have you ever been to Sardi’s? What do you think of BroadwayHD? Discuss below!
