Superbowl Sunday is right around the corner and there’s no better way to snack during the big game than with something both salty and sweet. Like most people I know, I’m obsessed with Lindt’s LINDOR Truffles. They come in so many different flavors and colors so that everyone can enjoy.

This year, we’re gearing up to see the rivalry between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots – so we whipped out LINDOR’s milk and dark chocolate truffles, which conveniently come in red (milk) and blue (dark). We came up with two recipes to showcase the rivalry and enjoy during the superbowl!

LINDOR Chocolate-Dipped Potato Chips
1 package Lindt LINDOR Truffles
24 potato chips (we used Lay’s Baked)

Directions:
1. Melt you chocolate in a double boiler. If you don’t have one, you can melt in the microwave or on the stovetop over low heat. Allow chocolate to cool to a little warmer than room temperature and then dip potato chip halfway into the melted chocolate. Repeat with each chip and then place on wax paper or tinfoil to allow to cool.
2. Allow at least two hours for the chips to cool. To speed up the process, you can store in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

For these amazing potato chips, we melted out the milk chocolate truffles separately from the dark chocolate truffles to give guests the opportunity to choose sides. It also gives the chips a slightly different color, making for a nice presentation. To turn things up a notch, you can sprinkle sea salt, sprinkles, or crumbled candy on top.

LINDOR Superbowl Munchies

powdered sugar
