Summertime is the season of rosé and men and women everywhere are drinking it in droves. The light pink drink is the perfect refreshing libation to cool you off in the summer sun and that means we’ve been downing bottle after bottle in search of the best rosés to keep us satisfied all summer long. Here are our top picks:

diving-into-hampton-water

Dive into Hampton Water: Jon Bon Jovi can add winemaker to his resume now that he’s teamed up with his son Jesse and Gerard Bertrand of Languedoc-Roussillon fame. The new dream team developed an impressive rosé comprised of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvédre grapes out of the south of France. The bottle is easily just as impressive, with a beautiful glass stopper in lieu of a cork, making it easy to save some wine for later (you’ll probably drink the whole bottle though). It’s hard to get your hands on as it’s selling off the shelves, but if you can find a bottle, you can snag one for just $25. [You can read our interview with the winemakers in the July/August issue of Bella Magazine!]

Out-East-Rose

Out East Rosé: Another brand new rosé that plays to New Yorkers’ propensity to ditch the city and head to the beaches of Montauk, this wine is dry and crisp, and hails from the Côtes de Provence. The wine is also comprised of both Cinsault and Grenache grapes, and has a smooth flavor making it all too easy to drink. It comes in a simple, yet beautiful bottles and retails for $24.99.

FOREVER_YOUNG_ROSE_750ml

Forever Young Rosé: If you can sense the theme here, you can guess that we’ve got another wine from France on our list. This one hails from St. Tropez and is comprised of Syrah and Grenache grapes. This one is less dry and mineraly than the other two, with more a citrus and floral flavor to it. It retails for $19.

Summer-in-Bottle-Rose-2015_9094

Summer in a Bottle: This rosé by Wölffer Estate is aptly named for the season in which it’s most popular. Unlike the others on this list, it’s produced out on Long Island in New York, giving it a completely different flavor profile. Comprised primarily of Merlot and Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a floral driven flavor and a bit of a darker color than our other rosés on the list. The bottle plays up its flavor profile with beautiful flowers covering the glass. It retails for $24.
