Are you stuck in a smoothie rut? Are you nervous to start fooling around with powdered proteins that are supposed to substitute for food? Do you have a Luddite inspired fear of a future where meals come in tablet form?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, don’t panic!! We have a solution. Vegan Smart Shake is an all-in-one nutritional supplement, meant to be consumed in conjunction with a liquid (such as water or non-dairy beverage) or as an add-in to your favorite (and probably played out) smoothie recipe.

I was #blessed by the sample gods recently and was able to test drive a few of the Vegan Smart Shake flavors, and am pleased to announce that it was an excellent addition to my smoothie rotation. Truth time: protein powders scare the bejesus out of me. My hands get clammy when I enter the “supplements” aisle at Whole Foods, and you wouldn’t catch me dead in a GNC. Being able to order Vegan Smart Shake online (praise Amazon!) is definitely an awesome selling point for someone like me.

My favorite part about Vegan Smart Shake was that I felt fuller for a longer period of time. With my normal smoothie recipe, I am usually hungry again within an hour, but the addition of Smart Shake ramps up my protein intake, helping me avoid snacking before lunch, which is obviously amazing. It also comes in four different flavors: chocolate, vanilla, chai, and wild berries. Vanilla was my favorite, and also the mildest flavor, so it was easy to fold into any pre-existing smoothie recipe you might use on the daily. The chai flavor was a close second, but most likely wouldn’t blend in as seamlessly with any recipe.

Don’t take my word for it, though, take Kristin Bell’s: http://vegansmartshake.com/smart-lifestyle/kristen-bell-picks-vegansmart/.
