Fling Yourself Into Spring at Pergola’s Enchanted Forest

Tuesday (3)-L
We are smack dab in the middle of cherry blossom season and while some people made venture to D.C. or Brooklyn’s Sakura Matsuri, we’ve got a much more convenient spot where you can head to check out the beautiful blooms. Pergola, the delicious bi-level Mediterranean restaurant and hookah bar, has redecorated temporarily to celebrate the launch of their new Spring and Summer menu items.
The gorgeous space is playing major homage to Spring with cherry blossoms covering pretty much the whole place, with vines climbing up the stairways, giving the restaurant a complete floral makeover.NYC Florist and member of The Chosen Few, Ed Libby, was tapped to create the living floral letter ‘P’ that now hangs on Pergola’s exposed brick wall.  To kick it all off, the venue hosted an Enchanted Forest-themed Spring Fling earlier this week, complete with waitresses bedecked in flower crowns and a Spanish guitar duo performing throughout the evening. Along with mixologist Scott Fitzgerald’s new cocktail creations, guests sampled some of the new food items that can be found on the seasonal menu. Hits of the night included items like Watermelon Feta Salad, Grilled Prawn with parmesan asparagus risotto, Pergola Lamb Sliders and more.

Make sure to kick your Spring into high gear with the flirty florals at Pergola, while they still last! And don’t forget to try their new dishes, cocktails, and sample some of their hookah.
