And while your standard mallows are fine and dandy, some places aim to take them to the next level with fun flavors. Little Boo Boo Bakery is one of those places. The New York City bakery is dedicated to creating hand-crafted marshmallows using all natural ingredients. Not only do they have an array of flavors such as vanilla bean, chocolate mint and earl grey tea, but they are now introducing a line of boozy marshmallows!
Little Boo Boo Bakery teamed up with Portobello Road Gin to create gin-infused grapefruit and basil marshmallows, which add a slightly fruity spin to your classic s’more and taste great with amaretto hot chocolate. Other boozy options include Mr. Katz’s Rock & Rye spicy honey and lemon marshmallows and Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey hazelnut and black pepper marshmallows. Um, camping just stepped up its game. No longer do you have to spend nights around the campfire telling not-so-scary ghost stories or cold winter nights barricading yourself near the fire — now you’ve got frickin’ boozy marshmallows to keep life interesting.
