CBD, the cannabis derivative, can be found in your night creams, cookies, teas, dog treats and even in your bath salts. But just what is CBD and what is it used for? Here’s a little refresher course. CBD is short for cannabidiol, a chemical found in the cannabis plant. Unlike its more well-known cannabinoid cousin, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD does not make you high. But just because you won’t get high doesn’t mean you won’t feel anything. I certainly do when I consume CBD.
There’s also an abundant amount of research and personal testimonials that CBD does help with anxiety, sleep deprivation and pain management. However, it’s really important to note that CBD is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), therefore products containing CBD cannot actually guarantee healing you or preventing any ailments.

I had the opportunity to sample their CBD gummies. At first, it took longer for me to feel the product take effect. I was taking other types of CBD, so decided to discontinue those. After a couple of days of only using the brand, I did feel more balanced and anxiety-free. I really enjoyed the calm feeling I got after taking a gummy. CBD isn’t for everyone, but if you’re going to consume the compound, it should definitely be of the highest quality.
