Cheers to a New Year!

The countdown to New Year’s…and a new decade, is on! Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family, strangers, or on your own, we have the most celebratory and seasonal cocktails to help you celebrate. All you need is a glass!

Tanteo Tequila Sparkling Margarita (Courtesy of Tanteo Tequila)

2 oz Tanteo Blanco Tequila

1 oz Sparkling Wine or Club Soda

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Agave Nectar

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice Stir well and strain into a chilled Coupe Glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

4 oz Tito’s

4 oz Marie Brizard Chocolate

2 oz Chocolate Syrup

2 oz Coco Lopez

6 oz Ice (by weight)

Blend all together and garnish with shaved chocolate (Serves 4).

1.5 part(s) Woodford Reserve Bourbon

.75 part(s) Dumangin Ratafia de Champagne

.5 part(s) Barolo Cocchi Chianto

2 dash(es) 18.21 Aromatic Prohibition Bitters

Add all measured ingredients to a mixing glass. Ice should be added (enough to cover the liquid), stir the cocktail until gently diluted. Strain with a julep strainer into coupe glass. Express an orange peel over the top. Garnish with a Woodford Reserve Bourbon cherry.

2 ounces of Seagram’s Pineapple

½ ounce of strawberry syrup

½ ounce in lemon juice

top with champagne

Garnish with strawberry and citrus peel

Add everything to a shaker except the champagne. Shake then strain into champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with strawberry and citrus peel.

.50 oz Lemon Juice

.50 oz Hibiscus Tea

.50 oz Blue Pea Flower

.50 oz Vanilla syrup

2 oz Grapefruit juice

1 oz rosé Svedka

1 oz Svedka Vodka

Combine vodkas, grapefruit, lemon and vanilla into shaker with ice. Shake for 5 seconds and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Float 3 ounces of Hibiscus tea over a bar spoon. Float 3 ounces of blue pea tea over a bar spoon to fill.

1 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey

.75 oz Lillet Blanc

.75 oz Lavender Syrup

Top with Sparkling Wine

Garnish Lavender Branch

Lavender Syrup

2 cups Water

2 cups White Sugar

3 Lemon Twists

3 tsp Loose Cooking Lavender

Combine in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 min. Allow to cool then strain into a glass bottle.

Do It For The Graham (Courtesy of Trademark Taste + Grind)

1.5 oz Aged Cachaça

0.5 oz Marie Brizard Dark Chocolate liqueur

1.5 oz Coconut Milk

5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Dash of Vanilla (Vodka or Extract)

Shake and garnish with Golden Grahams and marshmallows.

1/3 oz. Chambord Liqueur

Sparkling wine of choice 

1 Raspberry 

Pour Chambord into flute glass, top with sparkling wine, finish with a raspberry garnish.
