Grammy-nominated musician and actress Janelle Monáe has teamed up with Belvedere Vodka on a special campaign named, “A Beautiful Future,” to create more opportunities for women, people of color and the LGBTQ community,
“A Beautiful Future,” is a two-year project in which female filmmakers will create short films that will express their idea of, you guessed it, a beautiful future. The project also includes a gorgeous limited-edition bottle of Belvedere Vodka intended to inspire the next generation of artists. Boasting a metallic-blue collage design, the limited-edition bottle reveals the words “Beautiful Future,” written in black against the backdrop of a chic matte white finish. The elegant bottle also features the mission of the project and Janelle Monáe’s original signature.
The “A Beautiful Future” campaign, which originally kicked off last year, raises awareness for Monáe’s grassroots movement, Fem the Future, a movement dedicated to advancing awareness and opportunities for women and those who identify as women through music, arts, mentorship and education.
“When I sat down with the Belvedere team, it was incredible to realize that they shared my passions of philanthropy, community and the desire to uplift others and my vision for A Beautiful Future, which is one in which women feel empowered and are given equal opportunity” Janelle Monáe said in a press release. “I’m thrilled to be partnering with the brand on championing positivity and charting a path for “A Beautiful Future.”
